** How to use the ‘nurture me’ body oil? **

Our body oils are safe to use on all skin types, but a patch test is advised.

- Caring for our skin, body and hair has been an ancient ritual for men and women since the dawn of time. So give yourself 10-15 mins before bed, light a candle and find a relaxing spot.

- After your bath or shower, dispense one pump’s worth into the palm of your hands.

- Inhale the soothing and relaxing essential oils

- Apply a few drops on to the belly, and make gentle circular motions with your hands to soothe menstrual cramps, menopausal symptoms & IBS flare ups.
